The Project Community Wellington – Tuesday 10th August 5pm – Level 12, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington

We are very fortunate to have Terry Teoh, Director of Consulting at Deloitte to be leading our first discussion on Sustainability and Portfolio Management.

Translating sustainability goals into practice is often considered to be a challenging task. However, augmenting traditional approaches with some additional key questions could prompt more thoughtful consideration in a practical and constructive way. Appropriate reporting is also often a good catalyst for driving change in behaviours and decision-making. Terry will run through some thinking and examples for discussion.

Terry leads the Deloitte Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (P3M) team in Wellington with over 20 years of technology and business consulting experience across Asia Pacific. He has worked with many New Zealand organisations on P3M capability uplift in context of the Treasury Investor Confidence Rating (ICR) assessment and has a background in technology delivery on large/complex programmes. Terry is developing a passion in sustainability related topics and hopes to apply a practical lens that can be useful on a day-to-day basis to help facilitate better outcomes.
